PINEHURST - The second annual Pinehurst Jazz Festival is scheduled July 19 and 20 in the Cardinal Ballroom of the Carolina Hotel. The festival, presented by the Carolina Philharmonic, features singers Jay Clayton, Chantal Thompson and Gail Pettis.
